The Meeting of the Masters is the brain child of Denver, CO based photographer Jay Kilgore.
The purpose of The Meeting of the Masters is to bring together, five of the world's top and most respected photographers in their genre to discuss not only photography, but marketing, sales and industry insider information that is integral to their business and success.
An event like this has never been presented before. When the concept was first presented a year ago Jay was told he was "crazy" and he would never be able to assemble a group of photographers like this in one place. One year later, we have five amazing photographers on board and excited to share the secrets of their success.
The Meeting of the Masters was conceived to attract people who are serious about their pursuit of photography. These are people who actually spend money because they WANT to learn more, they WANT to improve their craft, and they WANT to purchase the products that will make their life easier and their photographs better.
We have several types of sponsorship options for you:
Sponsor Tables
This provides your company with a table in the main reception area, the actual demonstration rooms or the breakfast / lunch area.
Partial Event Sponsorship
Sponsor a piece of the event! Choose which part of the event (from the list below) your company would like to sponsor PLUS the amount. (Any amount over $400 will be accepted.) Your company name will be announced throughout the event, and will be prominently displayed at that area throughout the event

Full Event Sponsorship
Your companies name will appear on all marketing material associated with The Meeting of The Masters.
This sponsorship includes:
- A spotlight table (in the entrance) for all 3 days

- Your company name ON the goodie bags, as well as IN the goodie bag
- Mention of your company during breaks and pre/post meeting
- Your company name on t-shirts
- A product endorsement of your choice
Sponsor a Master
We will only allow ONE sponsor PER Master. Your company name will appear on associated with that Master. The Masters will also be wearing a Meeting of the Masters t-shirt with YOUR company name on it. The Master will also mentioning your name during his presentation.
